Ants have been an annoyance for me ever since I switched to outside enclosures. They especially love the hibiscus plants, and seem to leave the chameleon alone. We're talking about the small black "sugar ants," not red or fire ants, thankfully.

What type of chameleon is it? My veiled will typically spend most of his time under the basking light while inside, and that's normal for veileds. If you're concerned about his overall health, and/or husbandry, you should fill out "the form" in the health section of the forums.

Natural does not equal native. Natural can mean what you thought, but I meant it as "in nature." As in they naturally thrive in Florida.
