male or female?

i know the picture is low quality, but he/she is very afraid of my phone.. ive read alot of posts but i still cant seem to figure it out.. i will try to get a better picture if needed, the blue patch by the eye can be throughout the whole body, ive seen him/her very blue all over, so maybe a male? any feedback would be awesome.

my camera on my phone sucks but here are some more, this one shows how blue he gets which makes me think male, i tried to get a close up of tail, but its blurry.
