Hey cham enthusiasts lol quick question. Is it absolutely necessary to mist your chameleon every single day!? Like can they go a few days out of the week without a misting?

How early do you guys mist cham? Like should I mist as soon as I turn on lights or should I wait a while?

I have a quick question. If I take my lil veiled cham outside for 2 hrs of natural sunlight do I still need to powder food with D3 twice a month? Or is sunlight enough? I've researched and read that with natural sunlight they can balance the amount of D3 intake?
