Rhampholeon kerstenii??

Hello,
this is my first post on CF, so i'm not sure i'm doing this right.
in any case, i purchased two (hopefully a pair of) leaf chameleons about a month and a half ago under the name Rhampholeon kerstenii, however, after looking at pictures and care sheets, they look more like brevicaudatus to me, except at times when (what i think is) the male shows stripy patterns. These are my first leafies, so i have no clue about how to differentiate.
Here are some pictures i took, i hope they're good enough to help with the identification.
The first three are of the would be male:

and these last two of what i hope is a female:

If anyone can help identify the sex aswell, that would be awesome! :D
THANK YOU! :)

I feel your right in every way. I'm positive they are brevs as kerstenii are very rare. Your sexing seems on point too, good luck with them?

You're right, they are R. brevicaudatus. You can easily tell by the presence of the conical scale on their chin.
Seems to me you sexed them right as well. Females usually have a more rounded dorsal crest, whereas males have a dorsal crest that is a bit 'sharper'. Also, the male has a slightly longer tail than the female, and he has a broader tailbase than she does.
