I looked into these, but just didn't have the power I needed to get to the top of the waterfall. Tried one fountain pump. Worked great, but noisy as hell.Just one of these repto filters. View attachment 260204
Don't have frogs, but planning to do some sort of extensive water feature in an enclosure down the road.
Glad to see you back man. Everything good with the family?
Welcome back and good luck!Thank you man, good to see everyone here too. All is good with the family, just new house repairs to deal with!
Gotta love home ownership....The never ending cycleThank you man, good to see everyone here too. All is good with the family, just new house repairs to deal with!
Not in paludariums but I have red eyed tree frogs and green tree frogs.
I have a colony of red eyes as well. Love them and their calls in the evening. I did a full aquarium bottom for mine with large rocks and a bark background above the water.
I won't do any pics at the moment, because I am way overdue for a spring clean out for their setup! LOL
Just some Endler's livebearers, a red bristlenose plecostimus, and a couple of cory cats. Hard to keep the water clean with all of the dead crickets and frog poo, to be honest.
Those small filters, like the ReptoFilter pictured earlier in the thread always clogged up on me and were a total p.i.a. I switched to sponge filters and never looked back.
Had to look these up. Never seen one myself, but they're pretty cute little guys. We have different species here in the PNW. Pseudacris regillia.I wish more people would keep Pseudacris crucifer. Hint, hint.
