Northwest Captive Breeders Expo

I realize this is only August. But, just curious, does anyone on this forum plan to attend the Northwest Captive Breeders Expo in Washington State this October? My hubby and I plan to attend to see what we can learn. The risk is that something at the Expo will throw a new craving on us. (As if I don't get enough temptation viewing photos on this site.) Would it be worth our while- do chameleon experts normally attend such functions? We would like to meet some face-to-face. Sandy

I'm located in Central Oregon and am going to a show in wilsonville (portland area) this saturday (aug. 25th) I was looking at the attending vendors and there's a couple chameleon people goin, Pamschams, and another as well. Going through the list of other attendants, there's some who don't have websites so who knows what they'll be bringing/offering, I'd think the NCBE will bring A LOT more also the westcoast captive breeders show in nov. in portland, I didn't look to see where in Wa you're located so I don't know if that's too far for you...anyway, just thought I'd ramble to ya, even if no chams, it'd still be fun to attend...right? :)

We're in Graham, just south of Tacoma. We are hours from Portland, so it would be tough for us to make on a weekend, because of other commitments. If it includes a Friday or a Monday, that may work. The northwest captive breeders expo is in Puyallup, at the washington state fairgrounds, about 7 miles from us. So, we've already put that on our calendar, and really looking forward to it. Thank you for the info on Oregon shows. Sandy
