Finally got the 'how to ask for help' questions sorted...

I've got rid of the mealworms, they were dying, and have crickets and locusts now, which I have given cabbage leaves and carrot shavings. Should I sprinkle them with the nutrobal now, or just the ones I take out to give her???

I use Curly Kale, Wild Rocket, shredded greens (in a pack from Tesco) and apple and carrot for gutload. Crickets love bee pollen - they carry it around in their mouths and they even fight over it and snatch it from each other! Really funny!

With regard to dusting - I take out the feeders for the day and put them in a sandwich bag, add a pinch of suplement and gently shake the bag to lightly dust them. I currently dust with Calypso (plain calcium) 6 days a week and Nutrabol once a week. You only need to dust lightly - they shouldn't look like 'ghosts'.
