Even though my precious Kami just died, I adopted a baby senegal from my friend at the reptile show this weekend. I thought maybe I could save her, but I guess she was already on her way out because she died today while I was at work. Poor little thing. She was in really bad shape and looked like a little skeleton. I hate that senegals are imported in such bad shape. Oh well, can't save them all

Thanks. I had a feeling she wouldn't make it, but at least I tried so I guess that's better than nothing

Absolutely. Never regret trying to do good like this. We just lost an iguana who we bought sick, and after hundreds and hundreds of dollars it's frustrating and saddening to think that we couldn't save her. But we take comfort knowing that we made her last months comfortable. I'm sure you made your cham's last couple days comfortable, and that's definately something!
