I used repashy in the past but it doesn't stick to the feeders well at all. The zoo med repti calcium works best IMO.

I keep a male K. vosseleri but sadly he is a bit sick/dehydrated right now and I am feeding the "bug juice" recipe via a syringe. I'm doing my best but it's really hard to get him to open his tiny mouth :(

I found if I put a leaf of lettuce on the bottom of a deli cup my Cham was able to see the feeders better

If it is a pest in the soil you don't want try baking the soil in your oven at 180* for 30 mins... This pasturizing process will kill all fungi and pests

I don't see how vields are underrated? Every other thread his about a vield lol IMO any of the species without any big bright colors are underrated like pygmy's and much of the African species. I'd really like to work with a quad or mellers in the future

They'll change posistions frequently for comfort I think. With my cham he will usually sleep generally in the same area for a few days in a row and then move to another spot but he has his favorites lol. I have even seen him sleep upside down before or right on the side of the cage itself

Why type of Cham are you getting?

I've read before people in the middle east eating the Uromastyx lizard alive while travelling in the desert. Someone made a thread earlier about eating chameleon eggs, which IMO is beyond gross.

Make sure to have LOTS of live plants in his cage. This will help bring the temps down considerably and bring up the humidity. Look for nice base plant like a scheffela and fill in the rest
