I have a Jackson's chameleon, a young male. He appears to be in good health, and eats well. I also make sure that he has suitable humidity levels.
This morning, I saw him pooping. As he was getting the second lot out, two pale pink tubes (or so it seemed) started growing out of its butt, about 1/3 inch apart, pointing outwards (sideways). They reached about 1/8 of an inch before they started retracting. Eventually, they disappeared inside his anus. I read something about sperm in other posts, but these things looked nothing like those in the pictures displayed in these posts, as they were light pink and looked much like tiny tubes with flat heads.
Does anyone know what they could be?
