I cannot believe my Ben is turning one soon. I will have to take some photos.

I am not sure if it is age or what. Do they seem to be more sedentary as they get older? Not much has changed except, I did get Arcadia lighting which is better for him. So don't think that would do it. He doesn't poop a lot either. He hates his dubias but still eats a few a day. He will also eat crickets when I buy them and I inject them with extra water. He will eat them up... His habba spitter is set every 3 hours for 30 seconds-1minute. I do mist with the water bottles also.
Should I do the shower trick for him?

its winter, they slow down a bit during the winter.
Also, adults tend to eat a bit less, so you an try feeding him every other day and see how he does.

That is what else I was thinking. He definitely is not basking anymore. He seems ok just this is my first winter with him.....

Happy 1st to your handsome Ben. Can't wait to see new pictures. You might try feeding him every other day and he'll probably eat better if he's hungry.
