I do not have chameleons, I just enjoy my mothers when I visit her. She has Luie and Camille and they are sweet, especially Luie. I do have two cats and one guinea pig. The piggie is also my classroom pet to my kindergarten children during the school year. The orange kitty is Goldie and I adopted her from a family whose cat had kittens. The gray kitty is Olive and she came to me from an abandonded litter of kittens. Piggie is Josh and I adopted him from our local Humane Society.

Nice cats! I use to have a cat but it got old and passed away. Cute guinea pig too! Now all you need is a cham. :)

Ever thought about getting your guinea pig a same gender friend? They are waay more interesting and cute with two in a nice big 10.5 sq ft cage.

Hi, from Metter Georgia!!! How are things in Hotlanta?? HOTT! Love all your cats - they are almost as addicting as chams!!!

Wow, I can't believe I have 7 posts, cool! I did have two piggies, one passed away last winter break. I have hung with just one for now.

Yes, I love teaching KK, it's such fun and rewarding!

Things in Atlanta are hotter than usual for the summer; but this Georgia Peach likes it hot!

I'm glad everyone likes my pets!

Great looking animals you have there. They all look just lovely. So a kindergarten teacher, that's a dream I have and am working to achieve. I used to sub for Pre K and loved every moment. Have a great day and welcome to the forums :)

Hello Angie and welcome to the forum. So you teach in Atlanta? My daughter is a special ed teacher & lives in Powder Springs GA. How far are you from that area?

I like all your pets. I have a bunch of chams, 5 dragons, 2 dogs and a husband.

Hi Laurie-I'm near Stone Mountain, so I'd say, maybe 45 min or so from Powder Springs. I am the inclusion teacher for my grade level, so have 7 special ed kiddos with me this upcoming year. I love it! I hope your daughter has a great year and thanks for the comment on my pets. I love them!

so sad to say the guinea pig Josh passed away 2 Tuesdays ago. He was well over 6 years of age, I had him 5 years and he was over 1 when I adopted him. My kids at school dealt with it well. I am classroom pet free for a while. I may get them a plant.
