How many times a year should you change your bulbs?

some member chose to change out the UVB every 6 months or so. I did mine at about 9 monthos and will even go longer as I have my chameleon out of the cage with the UVB light more than he is in, and when he is out, it is shut off. The basking bulbs, just change out when they burn out!
