What should the lighting cycle be for Jackson Chameleons?

12-13 hours of uninterupted uvb equal time off for night time

what about basking?

I have their basking on when the lights come on and turn off at the same time. THe lights turn on around 6 and turn off around 8

I do 12 on, 12 off, for both bulbs.
