infection?

1 1/2 year old panther has some white bumps around his mouth that almost looks like dead skin or something. hes been rubbing on his branches and it seems to be getting worse. it also seems to be messing with his eye on that side. can someone please tell me what this might be?

You can post some pictures and fill out the ask for help form but I would recommend a vet visit to see what it is and the proper meds to treat it. Where do you live maybe someone here can recommend a good chameleon vet.
