Early stages of tail rot?

Hello!! I've had Daffie for a few weeks, and I noticed a little deformity on the tip of her tail. At first, I thought that's how she was born, but I looked into tail rot and she might have it? Daffie is VERY active, she's a good eater, and she hydrates normally. I might be overreacting, but I just wanted to make sure she doesn't have tail rot. Here is a picture:

Keep a very close eye on that. If it starts moving up the tail at all it will need to be amputated right above that area so don’t let it move up far.

Putting some antibiotic cream on it might help.
