Lump on Top of My Leopard's Tail

Hello y'all I'm new here and a bit curious about this lump my Leo recently developed I thought it might be because she had lost her tail before I had first adopted her and grew it back so I thought it might just be that it had grown in weird but just want to know if its something I should be concerned about and just wanted the advice of more experienced Leo parents

I wonder if some bacteria could have gotten in there when the tail was originally broken off? You’ll need a vet to tell you for sure.
