Power sources for lamps

Good afternoon everybody I am just curious I have a graceful chameleon I've had her for about 2 months now I love her she's my baby not why this post is happening but the point of this post is power banks... Can anybody recommend affordable power banks to keep to power the necessities of her tank? I live in southern Ontario for context where it can get very cold and power is common to go out in the winter time I actually had a friend who lost a chameleon this way last year during a cold snap where we didn't have power for a week cuz of a storm so I was just curious if anybody had affordable good options to power her tank in the event of a power outage over the course of the really cold months in Canada

Or any other general advice for in the event of a power outage different things I can do to help maintain heat within her enclosure I am going to be talking to our local reptile store / rescue to see if one power goes out because they have a lots of generators for their tanks if we could temporarily house her there were very good with them but just in the options they can I'm looking for a personal power bank that would be able to be inside as I am in a basement already and it gets cold enough down here because it's not properly insulated so I cannot have anything running out of a window with a possible crack or anything like that because it'll get 10 times colder in here

Thanks again for any advice or any help anybody has to offer

Flappers are not very hot blooded chams. You are perfectly fine keeping them at 10c for a week.
But no power bank is going to keep a cham warm for a week. Even DIY you are talking $1000 or more. Lets say you get a VERY efficient heating system going, say 200 watts continuous. Say 7 days, 24 hours in a day, times .2kwh. That comes to 33.6Kwh or 33,600 watt hour pack. Or about 5000 watt hours per day.

Im an ecoflow man myself, so something around 3000 watt hours would still be $2000CA+ even on sale.

Those are some great black Friday deals!

Just to add, if you have a screen enclosure, you can wrap three sides in window film to keep the heat in. You can also use a car battery and an inverter to run the UVB and heat light, but this will only last about 12hrs before you have to recharge the battery. You'd want a minimum of 300w.

You can also arrange a temporary place to take her if your power stays out longer than a day. Cultivate a relationship with someone who has a generator or a secondary heat source like a wood stove. Put together a small travel enclosure and take her and any live feeders there. She may not have her normal daily bright lighting, but she won't get chilled. A few days without daily UV won't really hurt her.
