Grasshoppers are the food of the future.

We really need the or as one of the like emoticons. I’ll stick with soy and legumes as my source of protein (plus my monthly cheeseburger allowance).

In Thailand there are grasshopper farms breeding specifically for human consumptions. I haven’t tried hoppers but yes with crickets in a very small amount.
