Does Bean have MBD??!!!

They wanted us to have it between 85-90. It got a tad hot yesterday in the room & I was gone all day long. So it got to 93 when I returned.
I live in the PNW & it usually doesn’t get too hot here. So the temp in the shade where light doesn’t it should 85-90 here for them. She hasn’t been warm enough to lay. Just watching her now all weekend

For her big cage he wants 2 24” on the sides(screen cage) and then we are going to get plexi glass to cover it. Then basking light on top. And then keep watching the temps as it’s not as hot as it should be. The reason it got so hot yesterday/last night was we closed up the area she’s laying in & it kept the heat in too much.

I am a bit confused. Plexi glass for the sides or the top? How hot are they telling you to keep her?
 
So the UVB lights on the sides, not the top, and then they’ll be covered up with plexiglass (which will block all the UVB)?
 
I don't understand the hot temperatures.
Where is the plexiglass going? Between the UVB light and the cage or over the outside of the UVB lights? Or what?
I've forgotten now and don't want to read 8 pages of replies again...so please tell me...is she getting liquid calcium?
How does the vet think she can dig a hole or even lay her eggs in the laybin when her legs won't even hold her up?

Oxytocin will only work if he timing is right ...and if the eggs are not so big that they rupture the reproductive organs.

I’m pretty sure the plexi will block the uvb ( correct me if I’m wrong) and it’s still really hot even if she’s laying (I don’t know much bout females) it’s ten degrees above normal that’s a huge difference
 
If she's too weak to stand then she's likely too weak to push the eggs out...both require muscle strength...so I hope she's getting enough of the right nutrients in the balance she needs right now.
 
I thank all of you for your input. Unfortunately I’m just relaying what he said. My daughter & I are newbies to this & it’s been stressful. And this doesn’t help.

I feel like im failing miserably by all of your guys’ input. I know you don’t mean harm, and im not mad. It’s just causing me a lot of anxiety with the whole situation.

I will just let you know what the outcome is with Bean. If it’s a good one or bad in a week.

I do appreciate all of you. It’s just too much to wrap my head around with all the different opinions. And going by what the specialist(vet) said.
