Concern for Bodie

I've noticed that Bodie's skin has a white ashy look on the top part of his body. The first pic is tonight and it really shows, there is a pen next to him to show his size. Are his sleeping colors okay? The other pics show the white and his daytime colors. Could he be a "white meller" and can you guess his gender based on the pics of the vent?

Yep - there have been plenty of "white" melleri and I believe that is one of the color phases. (unless, of course, it's just because he's getting ready to shed, but I'm sure you would know that)

And no, there's no way of telling what sex it is just by looking at it (unfortunately).

Do Bodie's sleeping colors look alright to you? For some reason, it has me concerned but I don't know why. Maybe it's the black spots.

Sometimes mine get a little dark at night. They don't always turn lighter. I wouldn't be alarmed, unless you notice some other sign or symptom that something may be wrong (not that I'm implying something is).
