Yeah I get that. I think that, for me, I love working with chameleons and I love helping people with theirs, I'd love to do it for hours but I can't just quit my job or studies to open up time for that. Part of the reason I ask is to not just mindlessly monetize such amazing animals, its more so to be able to do it more. It's kind of like, if I love splitting logs, I'll have to stop doing it or limit how much I do it because I'll need another job, but if I sell those logs I cut, or my knowledge on log-splitting, I can split logs all the live long day carefree.
I appreciate the environment and community that exists on these forums. It allowed me to take care of my old chameleon and prepare for the new one I'm getting next year. Part of me wishes I could work with them more, which is why I was looking for a job opportunity, but yeah I get your points. Thank you for putting that in perspective for me.
