I just recently joined this community. Hello!
I'm Julia. Like so many here, my favourite pasttime is playing Where's Waldo looking for my chameleon in her enclosure.
I currently work with several animals at a small science center. I handled my first chameleon (a very pink female panther) about 10 years ago and have been hooked ever since.
At the moment, Izzy Mittens (veiled) is my only personal herp and a treasured member of the family. Fun story: When I got her, I had actually gone to purchase a male, but he bit me hard enough to draw blood! I'm glad for it, Iz is very tolerant of people and quickly trusted me, but she also needed some special care.
I'm so thankful that these forums still exist. I enjoy reading about other people's chams and love to keep learning! Thanks for being here
