blood in fecal

Chameleon Info:

* Your Chameleon - ambanja, 11 months, female
* Handling - almost none
* Feeding - just got her so she has a few crickets but the diet will vary
* Supplements - idk what she was on, she is new but will be on proper supplementing
* Watering - mist system, driper
* Fecal Description - some blood with regular poop
* History - i just got her

Cage Info:

* Cage Type - screen, 2x2x4
* Lighting - exoterra merc vapor bulb, its at the proper distance though
* Temperature - never below 60 at night, never above 90 during the day at the basking spot
* Humidity - good enough humidity
* Plants - ficus, potho
* Placement - low traffic no fans good ventilation though
* Location - sacramento

Current Problem - small amount of blood in fecal. i just got her and the first poop had a bit of blood in it, so im kind of freaked out

Take her to the vets for a check up and be sure to take a fresh poop for a fecal. It could be parasites.

I may be completely wrong here but I believe blood in the stool is a symptom of coccidia when combined with diarrhea? Definitely get a fecal float done and let us know what is going on with your baby...
