I thought it would be fun to have a little pet Mantis at my desk here at work. I still need to read about them since I don’t know much about there life. I was just curious if anyone has taken care of one or am I being lame and should just get a beta fish or a pet rock.

Just a few pics of the California Academy of Sciences visit. A lot of the shots had horrible glare reflections from the glass cages so I didn’t get any good pics of most of the awesome reptiles and beautiful amphibians. But we had a great time!

Is it ok to mist a chameleon and plants with Pedialyte mixed with water? It seems to be leaving a slight coat of glossiness on the leaves.
