Just curious, what animals do you treat other than dogs in the US Army? Do you treat animals that the Army owns? Service people's pets? Both?
Many breeders won't ship below a certain degrees. I know I had to wait a little bit in March for my guy. I would conact the breeder now and ask if there is weather stipulations for shipping just so you have an idea. Quick email would be fine.

Carlton and Ataraxia are so right. I've kept birds and did a lot of research before I got them and chams are supper sensitive to commercial disinfectants just like birds are. Here's a good recipe that will keep your mom happy with a fresh smelling room and a happy cham.
