Jude my male adult panther has recently been curling his tail up a lot........he used to only do it when he slept.....but for the past 3 weeks or so, when i come home from work he is relaxing on a branch with his tail curled up...........and sometimes he curls it even when he is...
oh he's wonderful.............his casque is just gorgeous, looks like he's running and the wind is blowing it backwards :) he's great, i have a soft spot for male veileds, thats for sure :)
WOW............this is awesome :) i'm so happy he is on the mend, i know how hard it can be to watch them go through so much...........so impressive how much you care for him, and have done to help him heal. i will continue to follow Rex's story!!!!!!!

a red heat lamp is what i bought today..........i havent used it yet , but im concerned about his night time temps getting too low in the alberta winter months......cant crank the heat in the whole house just for Jude........bill would be outrageous.........just wondering what will happen if i...
thanks summoner........i figured they wouldnt be wandering up to the light at night time, but i had the feeling that the ambient temp in the cage is too cold for a panther..........i knew veileds could get lower temps, but didnt think it was good for panthers...........this will be my first...
