I managed to catch a picture of Fluffy sticking his tongue out at me :p
(this is my first time trying to catch a picture like this, next time I'll have to borrow my sisters digital SLR camera)
Please post your own pictures of your chameleons sticking their tongue out! I love seeing...
I used an Olympic Maximum clear waterproof sealant on top of a Olympic Maximum waterproof stain and sealant.
I'd say somewhere from $250 to $300
Not including the plants, fake plants/vines, mister, and new lighting of course...
I probably could have spent less if I went with...
Whaat!?! I'm sure anyone could build a nice cage if they have the time and willpower :D
Also, I just got my fake plants/vines in the mail!
I decided to buy some plants as well :D
Now I just have to wait for everything to dry some more and for my mister to arrive in the mail...
Very nice and clean looking!! I bet your chameleons will love those plants :D
Also, how are you hanging those plants? Is that with leftover screen you had?

My girlfriend decided to hop in the picture :p
I added the screen on top and the screens on the bottom. I also added the door and window.
After this picture was taken I caulked some silicone in all...
Thanks :)
Thank you, it's been a difficult and fun experience! :D

Also, I plan on making a stand for it at some time this Summer which will add a decent amount...
Here it is with the stain/sealant applied and mostly dried!
(the top canopy isn't actually bolted down yet, it is simply sitting on top)
I'm going to add a clear coat next and then apply some sort of caulking in the corners and cracks to make this beast watertight.
Then I'll add the...
Thanks :D I actually only took woodcarving in high school actually. I learned most everything from Google searches and asking helpful employees at Lowe's.
Haha yeah I have to be extra careful around the car, my dad is currently trying to sell it on Ebay. Thanks :D
A car as a chameleon cage, that would be amazing!! Haha, seriously now I hope no one goes that crazy and actually does that...
Thanks. I'm definitely loving the wood look. I can't wait to be finished with it though!
I love the looks of this, great conversion!
I might suggest adding a vine or something that goes from the ficus to the very bottom incase he falls to the bottom or something.
