Thoughts on using Repashy vitamin A plus to increase amount of vit A to cham. Good or bad? Frequency and amount? Just wondering if this would be a no no because of the possibility of overdose? What other ways do we have of increasing vit A intake?

I have a question about outside exposure in summertime. Living inland in So. CAL. the summers can get pretty warm 90-100 and UVb index can reach 10-11 at times. Shade is provided as well as water but wondering if uvb needs to be monitored and adjusted during these times?😎
