What's that eye ointment called?

For the life of me I can't remember what it is called. I need to get some for my chams eye and everyone I talk to thinks I am crazy when I try to pronounce what I think it is. Anyone who could help me I would greatly appreciate it. Can you also let me know where to get it from as I need to get some asap! Thank you.
