This area of concern is right at the top of spine area.temps is basking area is around 80f.is there anything I should be putting on this?

Looks like a bruise. If it was a burn the top scales would be the same color. The skin turns all sorts of weird colors that makes it look 10x worse than it is. I wouldnt do anything and see how it looks in a week. By then you can tell if its a burn or a fungus. By then the bruise will be just a lighter color.
