weird temperment past month.

ok my now 5 month old veiled nigel. male. is for some reason being a really, im sorry dont know how else to express this, bitchy. he used to love being handled and would come to my hand because when i take him out i always take him outside. but this past month hes been hissing and striking at me and then today since i didnt wanna get bit i put a glove on and he actually bit my hand for the first time and not only that but held on. is it age? will he grow out of it? i mean wth.

cmon guys a little help here. before he bit me he got like REALLY skinny. and tall with his body. ive never seen him do that and well ive never seen him bite me either so yea.

He is a little young to be getting his 'teenage' phase of extra territorial and bitchy. Maybe he's an early bloomer, maybe it would be better to fill out the form - https://www.chameleonforums.com/how-ask-help-66/
Have you moved him to a new cage or made any other big changes?

I did put a new live plant in and changed his setup last week but like i said hes been doing this for a while. He may be an early bloomer like you said he did get his colors in early and in great clarity.
