There are a couple very similar species that you need to look for presence or absence of axial pits to differentiate but I think you have Rhampholeon nchisiensis. Here is some info on them: http://www.chameleonnews.com/07FebHildenhagen.html

I have actually gone over this link quite a few times after I received them. In all honesty I am afraid of hurting the little girl they seem so delicate, but I will check to see if there is a pit or if it is even like in the picture.
I was kinda hoping for a sure fire way by just looking at her but a lot of these little guys are very similar.

I am 99.99% sure it is a female Rhampholeon nchisiensis. There is no axillary pit.
