strange bumps on skin, ideas?

i am a new owner, and my flap neck cham has these yellowish bumps on his skin. he came home from the pet store like that, and i didn't realize it was anything odd till they got bigger and more appeared. he had been eating and drinking fine, and didn't act strange allthough he does nap during the day at times.i did take him tothe vet and shes not completly sure what it is either, she scraped him and now shes treating him for a fungal infection, but ive looked it up and havnt found any thing regarding this fungal infection looking like what he has... has anyone here seen this before and know what it is? id like to confirm my vets idea. shes not a specialist.

Looks like he rubbed on something and it healed. No worries. That's why I changed from a metal mesh cash to fabric. My guy rubbed his chin on it and it made a scar but no harm was really done.
