I saw this Oustalet on Craigslist, and I am interested in purchasing him. I noticed there is a spot near his left hind leg. What do you think it is? Is it a female or a male? It is a little over a year. These are 2 pictures from the seller-

Maybe the start of a shed? odd place to start, but my veiled starts straight down his back each time, which apparently is odd as well. If possible you should go see it.
