White spot on chameleon.

Hello guys, I'm worried about something again

So Sherbert had this little white spot after he shed, back in August and this little piece was left, I assumed it was shed so I left it for a little. But a few weeks go, I tried to get it off with a Q-tip and it's just gotten bigger. I'm worried about it being some sort of infection . I couldn't find anything in his enclosure or near it that had mold. Any thoughts? (The spot is a lot bigger in person. My phone doesn't take good photos)

Once I get home I'm going to call the vet. Other than the spots he seems healthy.

So I came back home and he's shedding. I'm still going to keep an eye on him to make sure it isn't under his skin. A couple more spots showed up on his head, but its shed as well.

Im pretty sure he's good. I talked the vet and if it comes back I'm going to take him in. He's just shedding now.

So far he looks like a little skeleton.
thank goodness for cameras. he has had a lot of water today, and I can't see anything under his shed right now. but he seems to be his normal self still.

His lights went off a few minutes ago. He shed and all the spots are gone

Sorry I was a little overdramatic. And thank you @kinyonga and @elizaann2 for your help. if the first spot comes back like it did last time, I'll probably take him in.
