should i be a little worried?

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Female , Veiled(sp?) 3mnths i think.
Handling - Daily. shes become nice and i take her outside a bit. i can even pet her a little!
Feeding - She get crikets, has had a few brown moths and waxworms. she get 90% crikets and eats them all. I feed her about 4-5 big ones daily as i think shes an adult and shes kidna getting fat. feeders are gutloaded on freshfruit and cherrios + whatever good green i have atm. + some mix of dry gutload + calcum mixed with criket water cubes.
Supplements - Rdepcal multi every 10th/20th and with d3 same dates. without d3 eveyday. she get white power on her nose sometimes and i try to not dust to much. i hardly put any on actually.
Watering - cham drinks a good bit. i shower her once a week for long drinking time. she gets misted 3times sometimes more a day. about 1 min and a half. she starts drinking quickly or not it all. depends if she wants it.
Fecal Description -Not tested. brown alltogether plus white urate. looks pre good!
History - Got her from petsmart. unshure of age. had a resp infection when i bough her but shes been free of that for a good long while now.
Cage Info: FR, hibiscus with fake vine and a log thing that sticks to my window. she climbs all around my curtins and her area. never leaves.
Cage Type - FR
Lighting - On at 10am Off at 10pm. she wakes up at like 6-7ish tho. shes been going to bed early when its darkoutside. 5.0 light compact. it was the non-cheap kind.
Temperature - i have deg. + another to compare to. Her highist is 80 and it drops to about lower 70's(75-74). medium is about 77.
Humidity - always around 40ish. have a deg. also another to compare. mist +plants
Plants - hibiscus. i will be adding to large ficus and some hanging pothos within the next few weeks.
Placement - FR. her plant it elevated off the ground useing a plastic thingi.
Location - SC

Current Problem - Clair had been sleeping early and im a little worriod. she climbs up to where she cant really see her light. but i walked in and pet her and she stayed alseep. is something mabey wrong with her eyes? i havent seen her close them when its day outside. please give me advise. i worry.

Chameleons usually fall asleep before their lights go off they sometimes wake up before they go on too, or a few minutes after they turn on. Completely fine.

To me it sounds like she is responding more to how light or dark it is outside than to the time at which her lights turn on or off, which is normal. Just be glad it doesn't seem to be something to worry about.

I personally watched to see around what time my veiled wakes up and set the timer so his lights would turn on just a little earlier. I have the lights set to turn on at 6:15am and turn off at 7pm and I will probably change that little by little as the time the sun rises changes. That's just the way I do it though, not saying it's the one and only method.

Yeah, with the lights coming on at 10am she may have been awake for a while.......you could put them on earlier, or keep the curtain closed in her room so she doesn't get up too early

i thought about doing that. is it ok to suddenly change when her lights come on and off? and i kinda need it that way becuz i get home from work at 9:30 ish on weekdays :/

Probably best not to change the lights too much at once.......the only way to make sure she sticks to the light times is to keep out natural light. Up to you how you find the balance really....what's so important to do between 9:30 and 10? No need to feed or mist at that time.......
