Should I worry?

The last couple of days. My girl has had a puffy throat. Its not her usual grumpy chin which usually only occurs in the morning after lights on.
She has been eating fine. Has maybe been basking a little more. (But I did drop her basking temp to 28°C)
It sometime is only slightly puffy. When shes moving around. But puffs more when she's resting during the day.
Is she just pissed all the time? Or should I worry?
(Dumb question since I worry all the time anyway)
She has had a change in diet recently. I add bsfl to her daily ration. (Finally was able to get some)
All these pics were taken today. Pic 1 was right after lights on wwhen she noticed her Hibiscus flower had opened. (Not at all impressed)

How much do you feed her in a week?
How often do you feed her?
She is being fed everyday still.
Today she ate 4 bsfl and 7 crickets.
Yesterday was 4 bsfl, 1 silkworm, 7 crickets.
I only started bringing down the amount this week.
Last week she was getting 1 superworm every other day and about 12 crickets daily.
I put her crickets in a feeder dish and remove any uneaten at noon

Can you remind us what you are using for supplements and schedule?
She gets repticalcium on all her crickets and superworms. I don't dust the bsfl or the silk worms.
She gets the reptivite every other monday.
