reptisun and Repti Glo

i was just wondering i have a repti sun 5.0 on my cage right now for my panther and its been on there for about 7 months now and i want to change it and put a new one in but no one has them were i live. is a repti glo as good as the reptisun thats all they sell here unless i order one thanks

repti-sun is the better brand, but if you can't find them, defnitely go with the repti-glo.

just FWI, 5.0 bulbs should be replaced every 5-6 months.

I used reptiGlo for years and they are fine, but you need to replace more often than ReptiSun
ReptiSun is a better brand, if you can get them

You will get more bang for your buck if you buy a Reptisun since the changing frequency will be lower... I would stick with the Zoo Med. If you have a tall cage, get a 10.0.
