If he's eating and happy go ahead and feed him. Now check around your cage again and see if he didn't poop somewhere unusual.
If he seems off in other ways check your temperatures and adjust accordingly especially if low. They need external heat to digest properly.
Now give him a good long misting or shower and see if that doesn't stimulate him to go. Repeat daily until he goes.
If he still doesn't go in a day or two and is a veiled like your avatar you can feed him a bit or pear or pear baby food to act like a bran muffin would for you.
Or you can do what the constipated mathematician did and work it out with a pencil
Just kidding don't do that last part EVER.
Obviously if this goes on too long think about seeing the vet. I doubt that will be necessary.
