Poop/ urine question

back again with the poop questions is pale/ tinted Orange urinate a sign of dehydration ? I have been struggling with getting my boy to drink. (Picture was taken 30 secs after he pooped)

It’s a little tinted but does not look like dehydration. You would see mostly orange urate if it was.
