Planting trees and harvesting bugs?

Ok, thanks. Wingless grasshoppers, got it. Haven't seen those around here, and didn't think I could feed grasshoppers anyways ?. I'll watch for them.
On another note, regarding super worms... Asked about them at the store, and was asked if I was aware that I needed to BEHEAD THEM before feeding, as they could "eat their way out of the chameleon". REALLY???? ?

no this is a myth.

Oh!
My bad...
Yet....
It was mentioned in another post of mine about a worm I'd found, that also could injure a Cham with its pinchers...
sigh. What a scary, dangerous world we live in.
*snicker*

ground beetle larvae have large mandibles. Superworms do not.

Ifci picked a smallish hornworm off a potato leaf, is there a waiting period of feeding buttercrunch lettuce before the worm is safe for the veiled?
