A photo post had been long due. Here are some highlights from the house folk.

Iris Shedding in May... I'd like to capture these a little more prepared next time. This guy is quick with his sheds. He starts off by completely detaching most of his body skin then proceeds to his swirly "skin popping" sessions.

Before pop:

After pop (it actually made a pretty loud sound):

Stretching the gular area:

Grumpy Kermit still have dirt stuck from digging:

WOW!
VerteX, you were way over due with a photo line up.
All of your chameleons are beautiful, and your pictures capture their colors in every way.
Iris is one of the nicest redbars I've seen in a while and Kermit is super sexy!

Thanks for posting the large pictures!

Wow! Great shots of the shed process. I like how you captured the shrug and grimace face as he was trying to break it up. Cool stuff!

OK, I'm done

Thanks for all the "WOW!"s. I hope you enjoyed. I wish I could include my lovely ambanja; Aegean, in these shots as well, but hasn't been feeling well lately. :( I'm hoping that I'm doing everything I can for his health (vets, meds, shots, intensive care). He's one of a cham for me.

I appreciate your comments every time.

Thanks,
V

Awesome! I love that back leg digging skin off the head shot! :)

You asked for it!
