My ambilobe is located in my room where i get a lot of sunlight. can it effect his D3 intake?

nope. sunlight doesnt pass through glass. he still needs D3 vitamins and a UVB.

unless the sunlight is unfiltered, meaning it does not pass through glass or plastic, it is useless for D3. Glass and plastic filter out 99% of benificial UVB.

The sunlight passes through glass

Sdheli - nice chameleons! in your vid i noticed that you have a free range set-up and that your chameleons were pretty close to each other. doesn't it stress them?
