Occasional Wheezing Noise

I have a 5 month old Ambilobe Panther Chameleon and he sometimes will make a random wheeze with his mouth shut. I read up a little and some say it is a respitory infection. Mine is making the same sound as the one in this video only with out the movements. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9akbjh0Xpn8
In the video don't mistake the cameramans sqeaky hands as the noise. Any help is welcome.
