not moving????

I saw my cham chilling on his branch where he likes to bask but he was at the same spot the whole time for like 45 minutes. i just now turned off his light and is at the same spot sleeping. i have had him for 2 weeks and every time i turned off his lights he goes deep into his foilage and sleeps. Am i just being paranoid or what?
