Lost our Little Girl :'(

This morning our Veiled Chameleon Fawn was very lethargic laying on her branches and her stomach was swollen. She didn't eat today or yesterday. We only just bought her in January. She was a year and a half old. After soaking in a shallow bath most of the day she didn't improve so my husband and I drove to our local herp vet here in London Dr. Hopper who is amazing. They put her into an incubator right away and got oxygen on her. As she was declining rapidly by the hour. After an x-ray Dr. Hopper had concluded that she was gravid and that the eggs looked a little large but believed she would be able to pass them. She was given an shot to induce laying. 1 hour later our little girl fawn passed. Our family is devastated at loosing our little Fawn but hopefully she will rest in Peace out of Pain.

So sorry for your loss you and you family are in our prayers and may she live in your heart forever.:(
