LED t5 HO level UVB?

I am having one hell of a time trying to decipher light indexes n stuff so I can learn what lights work for a chameleon and which ones don't.
Does anyone know of any LED bulbs that work? Potentially an LED light fixture?

I would think that the LED UVB would have the same UV index as regular T5’s. Solarmeters don’t care about the source and just read the UVI. Whether directly from the sun, a T5 or an LED, the ideal UVI is around 3.0 at basking level.
