Keeping and breeding carpets

I have gotten in numerous carpet chameleons in 2-3 years in a row, but basically for re-sale. And yes they were all wild caught specimens..This year i would really like to try my hand at breeding them..My concern is: Why aren't more people working with them? Are they very difficult to breed? I know that jackson babies can be very difficult to raise and that is what my main concern for the carpets are. Who has bred and/or raised carpet babies?

I would also like to know more info, because I have a gravid carpet (lateralis major) currently. I have read that incubating is super tricky with carpets.
