Just got all this in preparation still need uvb and some other stuff but I'm getting their!

I found out the feeder run cup wasn't working because he was shooting his younger at the side of the plastic and that's sad do I'm going to buy one instead for now I have my normal feeder cup and sometimes a bug escapes so he eats it he just jumped of the screen on the top down to the cup to catch a fleeing dubia but I want to know that he will be comfortable eating do I'm getting the shooting gallery thing
 
False alarm that was just dirt or something but his whole face is white even under heat bulb and some on his feet too

When he isn't under the basking light he looks normal is it possible this was just stress behavior and he isn't shedding?
